Professional Counseling

  • Individual - $130 per session

  • Marriage & Couples - $150 per session

  • Family - $150 per session

  • Premarital - $75 per session

Initial Session (Intake) is $155.

All sessions are 45 minutes.

Insurance

Winds of Liberty Hope & Wellness Center is a private pay practice and client payment is due prior to each session. We do not bill insurance companies directly; but we are an out-of-network provider with many insurance companies.  We can provide you with a Superbill which contains all of the information you need to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement of session fees.  Your insurance company will reimburse you per their out-of-network policy.  We do not guarantee reimbursement from your insurance company.

Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan.  Check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

  • What is my Out of Network coverage for mental health services?
  • What is my deductible and has it been met?
  • How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
  • What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
  • Is approval required from my primary care physician?

Mental health coverage is a requirement for most insurance companies in Washington State so you may be eligible to receive reimbursement for counseling services through out-of-network benefits, medical spending or health care savings accounts.

Many clients choose not to involve insurance companies in their mental health care. Their counseling is not limited by the diagnosis, treatment plan or session limits that health insurance companies dictate. Additionally, insurance companies often limit the number of sessions and even the type of therapy and many do not cover couples/relational or family therapy.

By paying privately or out of pocket, we can assure private pay clients of the highest degree of privacy, flexibility and control of their mental health records allowed by Washington state law.

Financial Coaching

We begin the financial coaching process with a no-cost consultation to discuss your situation and determine how we can best help. Pricing and coaching programs will be discussed during the consultation.

We offer a range of services including financial health check-ups, monthly coaching sessions, and in-depth coaching programs to help you get a solid handle on your personal and small business finances.

In addition to in-person sessions, we also offer phone and virtual coaching for your convenience.

Personal & Life Coaching

  • Better ME Course - $150 (3 sessions)

  • Resilient LIFE Course - $150 (3 sessions)

  • Relationship BOOST Course - $180 (3 sessions)

  • Individual Coaching - $49.95 per session

  • Marriage & Family Coaching - $59.95 per session

Groups & Classes

Fees for groups and classes vary depending on the type and length of the group or class. Please contact us more information.

Payment

Accepted forms of payment are checks, cash, debit/credit cards, FSA/HSA cards, and online payment services. Payment is due at the beginning of each session.

Cancellation/No Show/Refund Policy

We require 24-hour cancellation notice in order to reschedule appointments. Cancelling your session without proper notice or not showing up will incur a full fee for the missed session. All session fees are non-refundable as we are a fee-for-time service. We promise that you will get out of the sessions what you put into them.
