We are currently hiring a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) to support our growing clientele on a commission basis. We are a christian-based organization with a passion for helping people succeed and win in life. We inspire, empower and equip people to pursue personal and financial freedom.

We are looking for a caring professional that is passionate about seeing others become their best selves. Position will begin part-time with potential to grow to full time in 3-6 months. Candidates must be willing and financially able to start with a small caseload and grow it over a period of several months. This commission-based position has earning potential in excess of $80,000 per year once full caseload is reached. We will help you build your client base through marketing and internal referrals.

On a private pay basis only, Winds of Liberty Licensed Counselors work with individuals one-on-one, in a family setting, and/or in small groups to help clients when they have reached an impasse in their life. Counselors help clients assess and prioritize needs and use appropriate treatment modalities to help clients reach their desired outcomes. Our counselors also help clients design individualized treatment plans, set goals, and construct concrete plans and solutions to help clients fulfill new healthy behaviors and overall “wellness” in their life and relationships. Counselors monitor progress and re-evaluate and update treatment plans and goals as necessary. Our counselors may also run educational wellness classes and workshops.

Qualified candidates must demonstrate a commitment not only to their own professional growth, but to that of the Center, its colleagues, and most importantly, the clients being served.
